| Does anyone see a big difference when the battery is about to go flat, like do you loose sensitivity, or do you notice loosing it? I don't mean for the Garrett, it's the other pin pointers that I'm wondering about ?

| i have one of those cen tech from harbor freight, i have no problems pp with it .you can modify it to get about 1.5 inches, sometimes 2 inches depending on coin. the button that you push and hold to make the unit work will eventually stop working because of dirt and use so i got a new button from radio shack and soldered it. i used a switch that i physically turn on or off. i had it now for 2 years for the price its a good pp
