| I haven't got much time in on the Sidewinder yet Tabdog, but I don't think it is going to miss many goodies. Seems to hit very good air testing jewelry, I like the tone on the Sidewinder, it is a little higher pitched than the Silver uMax & the smaller/deeper the target the fainter the sound. Have to be honest with you all - most seasoned detectorist perfer a all metal mode with a threshold sound but I perfer a silent search all metal mode. 99.9% of the time I hunt in disc. mode though. I am hoping to give the ole Sidewinder a good workout tomorrow or Saturday. Steve.
